1997- At 17 Corina moves to AZ to go to ASU
1998 – Corina joins Bank of America working part-time while serving as VP of her sorority. It’s at
BofA that Corina meets her husband, Jason.
2000 – Corina graduates from ASU after double majoring in Family Studies & Psychology
2005 – After working as a Teacher and Social Worker, Corina rejoins BofA as a Home Loan
Processor
2007 – Corina is recruited over to Wells Fargo by her former boss in Loan Processing who would
later become her first home loan client. While at Wells Fargo, Corina worked in various departments including credit card, merchant services, before rising to Vice President in charge of Business Insurance Development for eastern and southern Arizona.
2008 – Corina starts her first business, Arizona Ice Dreams, a small mobile shaved ice business and worked the Phoenix area festival circuit.
2009 – Corina, along with her husband, Jason, and her niece, Rebecka, begin operating Baby’s
Away Phoenix, a baby equipment rental business serving families traveling with children, all
while still working at Wells Fargo.
2014 – Corina earns her MBA while still working full time at Wells Fargo and operating Baby's Away Phoenix.
2017 – Wells Fargo decides to sell its insurance division and Corina receives a severance package.
She decides to take her insurance license and break out on her own as a Mortgage and Insurance Broker.
Corina books her first loan with her former boss at Bank of America and now good friend as her first client.
2020 - Ilene Garcia, another one of Corina's nieces, and former Marine and President of Bakersfield College's Veterans Club, joins Keen Financial Solutions as an Administrative Assistant located in Bakersfield, CA.
2020 – Casey Hardy, another one of Corina’s nieces, joins the Keen Financial Solutions team as a Loan Officer based out of their home town of Bakersfield, CA.
Sara Smith joins the Keen Financial Solutions team as a third-party Loan Processor based out of Greater Denver, CO. For Sara's bio
After years of dispensing tax tips and strategies to her mortgage and insurance clients, and inquiries for assistance with tax preparation, Corina begins to offer tax services.
2022 – Charlotte Sullivan, joins Keen Financial Solutions team as a Loan Officer based in Phoenix, AZ.
2023 – Corina recognizes the need to level up and get her Enrolled Agent credential, issued directly by the IRS, so that she may fully represent clients before the IRS regarding tax notices, audits, and resolution.
2024 - Nicole Nuss joins the Keen Financial Solutions team as a Loan Officer based in Oregon. She is licensed in California and Oregon. For Nicole's bio
